- 60g goat's cheese, crumbled
- 1 aubergine, sliced into rounds and grilled
- 60g red onion chutney
- 20g pecorino cheese, finely grated
- 40g rocket

method
- Heat the oven to 240oC.
- Spread the tomato sauce over a pizza base followed by the onion chutney, aubergine slices and finally the goat's cheese.
- Bake in the oven for 5-8 minutes. Finish with the Pecorino and rocket.
